Can I access email templates right when sending an email to a specific contact?

Hi there,

I have many steps in the comunication with a client that I cannot automate, but instead I use a template and tweak it for that specific email.

So it would be very useful if I could access my email templates (or at least the ‘saved blocks’) right from the ‘send email’ tab, inside the contact’s file, and not have to write every email from scratch.

Is that possible?

A feature that provides this functionality (and more) is in the works. I can’t give specific guidance on when it will be released, but I’d measure it in months (not weeks or years).
