I’ve set up Zapier to add a deal and a contact in active campaign based on when a new potential customer schedules a demo in Calendly. However, I have 2 team members in Calendly and I’d like the automated follow-up email to be from the person who did the demo. Currently, is this possible?
Also, can you schedule the follow up email to be a specific number of days after the event instead of when the event was scehduled? For example:
I want to do a demo in 14 days, so I schedule it today for 2 weeks from now. The follow up email should go out 2 weeks after the demo is done (e.g. in 28 days). Instead of scheduling the follow up 28 days specifically, can I schedule it 2 weeks from whatever the event is scheduled for?
