Can active campaign automate a follow up email based on who calendly scheduled a demo with?

I’ve set up Zapier to add a deal and a contact in active campaign based on when a new potential customer schedules a demo in Calendly. However, I have 2 team members in Calendly and I’d like the automated follow-up email to be from the person who did the demo. Currently, is this possible?

Also, can you schedule the follow up email to be a specific number of days after the event instead of when the event was scehduled? For example:

I want to do a demo in 14 days, so I schedule it today for 2 weeks from now. The follow up email should go out 2 weeks after the demo is done (e.g. in 28 days). Instead of scheduling the follow up 28 days specifically, can I schedule it 2 weeks from whatever the event is scheduled for?

I’m not specifically familiar with Calendly, but if the Zap provides you with the date in the response from Calendly, then you could use a custom field for the demo date in AC and update the custom field with the date info from the Zap in a multi-step Zap. Then you can use a date trigger in your AC campaign to trigger off the email on the day you want. You could likewise store the assigned team member in a custom field and then use an if/then logic tree in your campaign and set up a different email template for each team member, so you’d have if Team Member is Johnny, then send this email, if Sally, then send hers, if Mary, then send hers.
