Hello, I regularly send one time campaigns with active campaign and each campaign has a link. I need to add a tag to the users that have clicked the link of at least 5 campaigns sent, that have a certain keyword in the campaign title. How can I do it?
Hi @lisanderco,
I could well be wrong, but I do not think there will be a way to achieve that, as you will need to specify which links are clicked in any conditions you choose to set.
For instance, you could create an automation that triggers when a link is clicked in email A, but you would need to add a segmentation that states that they have also clicked a link in email B, AND a link in email C, AND a link in email D AND a link in email E, then add the designed Tag.
However, if you have more emails, you would then need to basically list all the relevant variations, which could then get quite challenging, especially if you continue to build your campaigns.
A better way of doing it might be by using Scoring, where they are given a score whenever they click a link in one of your campaigns, and once they reach a certain score you assign the Tag to them.
I realise this is probably not an ideal solution, depending on how you segment your contacts, i.e. you have different campaigns for different keywords and you want to assign tags based on those (as you mentioned).
Someone else might have another idea though.

You could also use a custom variable as a counter. Then build an automation to increment the counter whenever certain actions are taken, and another automation to to take a specific action once the counter reaches a certain value.
