I’m trying to get campaign stats via api call to campaign_report_unopen_list (API v1). The call fails, while similar calls using campaign_report_open_list (and equivalent unsubscribe and bounce) return correct (JSON) output.
I see a topic from a few years ago about this issue, but no indication of resolution.
I also note that in custom report builder on the website, trying to include “Total Sends” also fails (returns 0 for the reports I’ve tried to build).
Anyone have some insight here?
