Calendly issue

Hi everyone

I’m new to activecampaign and I need a bit of help. I’m setting up a calendly tag in an automation but I only want it triggered when the client has actually booked an appointment. The tag calendly-integration seems to add the tag to the client before the client has made the booking.

Can someone help me with this?

If you use Zapier, you can get it to trigger only when a new booking has happened.

Thank you. I worked out a way of doing it using part of the url in calendly when the booking is made. I didn’t realise at first that was possible.
