Today, let’s dive into how you can enhance your sales process by integrating ActiveCampaign with Pipedrive to manage leads and create deals effortlessly. Here’s a simple guide to building automations that connect your marketing efforts directly to your sales pipeline:
- Connect to Pipedrive: Start in the app section of ActiveCampaign, search for Pipedrive, and follow the prompts to connect your accounts.
- Set Up Automation: Create a new automation from scratch. Decide on triggers based on customer actions, like visiting specific web pages on your site. This helps identify genuine interest in your products.
- Mapping Process: Once you set your trigger—such as ‘web pages visited’—move to the CX apps page and choose ‘create or update people in Pipedrive.’ You’ll then map fields such as first name, last name, and email from ActiveCampaign to Pipedrive, adding more fields as needed.
- Automate Lead Flow: With the mapping complete, set up the automation to transfer visitors who meet your criteria directly into your Pipedrive leads or prospects pipeline. This automation minimizes manual entry and ensures no lead is overlooked.
- End and Name Your Automation: Finish setting up by placing an end to the automation and naming it, for example, “Pipedrive Website Visit.”
