Best way to schedule group meetings

Hi,

I’m looking to automate the following situation. I’m setting up a workflow that schedules dates for a group meetings in different cities. I want to set specific time slots in each city that allow max 15 people at a time. I’ve looked at Appointlet but it’s not suitable for group bookings.

Does anyone know if/how I can do that with form apps like Typeform? I’ve looked into it a bit but despite a lot of good functionalities I can’t find what I need.

Any thoughts or suggestions are welcome. Thanks!

In the spirit of providing insight on this question, other alternative apps I can think of is EvenBrite, Calendly, etc.
