Hi, I have some clients sitting across more than one list. When I set up a campaign that will go to several lists, is there a simple way to ensure that individuals receive the message only once? e.g some sort of condition that will compare the lists and only send to unique addresses? Currently, I’m manually creating a segment with the condition to ‘not’ send to specific email addresses but I know there is a smarter way. Thanks for any ideas!

Contacts will only receive the email one time, even if they exist on multiple lists that were chosen for that campaign. If you are sending the campaign to a single list at a time, you can use the segment condition “Has not received email ____” to exclude contacts that have already received it.
