I’ve been editing my automation emails when when I click undo it undoes all my work from that session! Extremely frustrating and the autosave doesn’t work so I need to click save and exit any time I want to save my work.
Any suggestions?

I have this too.
They doubled my monthly fee and their software doesn’t even save or undo.

Thank you for posting this! My request for a solution won’t be forwarded to the technical group without a video. Not sure how I can take a video of my work not being saved and the undo button wiping out every edit I made. I see there are no replies from ActiveCampaign - I sure hope this gets fixed!!

I scream in my office once a week bc I absentmindedly click the undo-button forgetting that it will UNDO EVERYTHING I HAVE BEEN WORKING ON! WHY WHY WHY???
It hasn’t always done this has it? I’ve noticed that the auto-save isn’t updating as well.

Ever since the price increase this has been happening. They will ask you for a video before forwarding it to the technical team (that’s what I was told anyway). Good luck trying to take a video of that… I hope it gets fixed because believe me, I understand the frustration 100! Maybe if enough people chime in, it will finally get fixed. Active Campaign… please listen to your customers.
I hope this gets answered and fixed because I have asked about it here and didn’t get an answer. I click save and exit every time I make even the smallest edit or add anything. I understand your frustration!
