Hello, I have been working a lot with groups, users, and permissions and was wondering if it’s possible to share an automation across users and if we can select which users or groups get to access the automations?
Thank you,
Ryan

Hi Ryan!
Welcome to the community!
It’s not currently possible to limit access to automations or to share a particular automation with users or groups. All automations will be accessible to all users. If you’d like to see us add this permission, I’d suggest submitting this feedback to us so that we can prioritize it with other features requests from our users.

Apparently, this has changed recently? What I’m seeing is that a new user that I’ve created has no access to any existing automations but can create new ones.
I actually want to grant her access to the existing automations but do not want to grant her full admin rights in the platform. How to do that?
Update: I’ve found my answer:
Update 2. Actually, the above article answers my question only partially. The article only talks about new automations. But how do I grant access to an existing automation to a non-admin user? Or, how do I move an existing automation to another user group?
Hey all
Biannca here from our CX team, sorry we missed your when it was originally published.
In the spirit of providing insight on this question this guide that Nick shared: How to set automation permissions - is the most updated process into granting automation permissions.
For some context, the user group that created the automation will have access to the automation e.g. Admin Group.
Let’s say you want the Sales group to have access to the automation (that they didn’t create), you just follow the instructions in the guide and grant the user permission to the automation.
