is it possible to add trigger for automation based on orders that have a status of pending on shopify integrations?

Just jumping in here. At this time, our Shopify integration does not feature the ability to send over the pending status of an order. If you would like to see this feature added, I would encourage you to submit the idea here: https://ideas.activecampaign.com/ideas/new.
All submissions are reviewed by our Product team who are always open to ways of making our integrations more robust.
Other forum members may know of another integration between ActiveCampaign and Shopify that sends along the pending status of an order.
