Automation problem: While testing I dont receive the email!

Hello, I have a problem and need help!

I build an automation for a freebie-form and I am testing it right now:

The form works just fine: when testing, I receive the double-opt-in emails to my yahoo-address and can confirm it as well.
Also, the automation gets started, says active campaign…

In activecampaign it shows that the “welcome mail” has been sent to my yahoo-email adress.
However: I do not receive this email.

Second problem: I also tested it with a webmail account at which I cannot get html mails. In this case, some of the links (the important ones!) are not shown as links but only as words. Is there a way to fix this and how?.

Where is the fault???

Hope someone can help, I am trying for hours…
