I am new to marketing automation and trying to push our small tour operator business forward. I have created a plan with automations that i think we have to implement first. Now we are just sending weekly or biwekly newsletters with mailchimp. I have a trial version of AC at the moment, testing and playing with it.
If anyone has a couple of minutes to check the automations and comment possible improvements, problems,… i would really appreciate it. When i get some reviews, i will start implementing it. Also strategic comments would be great! I dont know if it is understandable - some “obvious” stuff is probably only in my head.
As a plan, this is fantastic. Perfect use of Goals.
I think that the first Goal condition (visited about us, philosophy, and opened an email) is a bit stringent. Maybe change that to visited “about us” OR “philosophy” and opened an email.
It looks like you’re using product specific scoring, which is fantastic. I’d be interested in seeing what you have planned there since that ties all this together.
