Hello Everyone,
I am a newbie on activecampaign and having a trouble getting the automation on to the next step. It stops right on “wait until has clicked a link for up to 1 week” where in fact, I tested the button/linked and the automation remains on queue. See below automation for reference and hoping for feedback. Thanks in advance

If the above articles do not help, I would perhaps suggest doing it slightly differently.
I would still include the Wait for 1 week condition, but below that, add a Goal that triggers when the contact clicks the link.
The Goal can then jump the contact below the wait condition and into the relevant Is/Else path to add the tag and send the welcome email - or whatever it is that your automation does.
Does that make sense?
