Hello people, I’m wondering if you guys are experiencing serious delays in your “wait” actions on ActiveCampaign or am I doing something wrong?
In this example here, I’ve ordered to wait until “São Paulo 7PM” time, and as you can see I took this print 7:46PM and the contacts didn’t move on.
Is that happening to everybody, or am I missing something?

Hi there @dralexdesouza1! We were experiencing an issue where contacts were not being processed through automations, however, this has been resolved. You can find more information about that on our status page: ActiveCampaign Status - Contacts Not process through automation

Estou com o mesmo problema, vc ja resolveu ele? coloco pra enviar o proximo email entre 7 e 8 da manha do outro dia e ele fica na fila toda hora, o suporte me orientou a fazer manualmente que tem poucas pessoas, mas quero comprar trafego e ainda nao fiz por causa desse problema que nao tem como fazer na mao, vc resolveu de alguma forma Dr Alex?
