Ive noticed that we’ve had some automatic unsubscribes to our emails recently, we know they are automatic as one of our team was sent the email and the system showed she had unsubscribed when in fact she hadn’t. What can we do about this? Its a big problem!

Hey! Usually this is because a companies antivirus unsubscribes them. We usually recommend two-click unsubscribe which our Customer Experience team can enable. If you email us at help@activecampaign.com with the contact information who said they didn’t unsubscribe, we can investigate and provide the right troubleshooting steps Thanks, Ash
