Automated emails not sending - Automations active - Expert advice pleeeaasee

Hey there

I have created an automation, an email and a form.

  1. The automation is set to “active”
  2. The form is set up and is set to subscribe to the right list.
  3. The automation is set up and is set to trigger the correct email.

The issue is that the subscriber’s email address is being added to the list, but it is not sending the subscriber the email set up in the automation.

Does any experienced AC users have any idea why the Autoresponder is not being sent?

Just to be sure the automation is setup properly, I built out a way that you could’ve set it up (pictured below).

I have the same issue as Ben - I am setting up my first automation and emails aren’t sending.

My automation looks the same as the image you included (with a few more emails) so not sure how to fix. I’d appreciate some assistance to get this sorted.

Given you set everything up the same and the complexity of automations, I would recommend contacting support to get this resolved.

They will be able to provide assistance to help you get it all sorted.

Thanks Perry - I’ve got it sorted. It was a glitch in the system - frustrating, but glad to know it wasn’t something I had done.

I know this is outdated, but our team is experiencing the exact same problem that Catherine described.

Can someone please suggest a fix or point us in the right direction? We’ve been reaching out to AC support for a couple weeks now and haven’t received any response at all. It really seems like this is a problem on the ActiveCampaign side and we need a quick fix if we’re going to continue to rely on the system to send information to our leads.

I am repeatedly having the same issue. Have you been able to resolve this? ActiveCampaign response is painfully slow and I need to have it resolved quicker than they respond.
