App Studio/CX App: Issue on required mapping

Hi AC Team,

We have an active CX APP that has a required email attribute to be map.

On the mapping tab,
the first filed is the required email attribute(custom attribute side) that needs to be mapped to the activecampaign email attribute. This field is in the config, which specifically requires the email to be mapp

The second attribute field an optional field that the AC CX App automatically add. This is an optional field. The problem is that it pre-selects email on the activecampaign side of the map. This makes the first field unable to select email on the activecampaign side.

Also, this happens if the activecampaign contact has no additional field is added on contacts.

Hi Vimily. If you delete the second row then “Email” should be available for you to select in the first row. Let me know if this doesn’t work and I’ll look into another solution for you

Yes. this does work.
And this is what we are currently telling our users to do.

But this issue causes a lot of confusion to the users, and we would like to address that.
