We setup our abandoned carts through the API v3 Deepdata Integrations. We had this setup and working for about 2 weeks and then it stopped working around the middle of February. I have been in contact with ActiveCampaign and it sounds like there are a few customers that are experiencing this issue, but not all. It has been almost a month of this not working and I was checking to see if anyone else is experiencing this issue. If you are, have you fixed it or are you still in limbo?
I have been in touch with ActiveCampaign. They are “working” on it, but they have been “working” on it for the past 3 weeks and it is still not “working”.
