Anyone have any idea why suddenly the API has been reported as not working with integration on New Kajabi.
Basically I have a Facebook ad which has been running really well. It is set up to go to New Kajabi for opt in and then integrates with Active Campaign.
Has been working a dream until some time yesterday when I got notice from Kajabi that it’s not working anymore as Active Campaign API not working.
Reset the API - didn’t work!! In fact didn’t even get a new API…any ideas?
Am losing leads and time and money at the moment with this.
Desperate need of help - especially as have not had an answer from support

We experienced a brief outage that affected a small set of users that could have caused the issues you were experiencing. That outage should be corrected by now, I would recommend working with support directly on any specific issues that you might be experiencing.
Thanks but it’s still not working for me…and no one is answering me since when I sent my message and tried to live chat yesterday… I have retested and still not doing anything. Are you saying that only the support team can get this back up and working for me?
