can someone help with our api, we are using zapier to send in the date, First we create the message which is a success, then we create the campaign which is a success, but the campaign is empty in active campaign after created, im having trouble attaching screenshots in here.
Hi @outdoorland - thanks for reaching out! It sounds like there is an issue around the message you’re copying and using to create the campaign - I believe it should automatically copy over the body of the campaign you choose for “email message” - if you’re seeing a blank campaign that doesn’t match the one you’ve chosen in the “email message” setting, I would definitely escalate that to our team at help@activecampaign.com so we can take a closer look at the zap history, campaign you’re selecting, and the resulting message more closely!
