is there any chance to built a custom tool which helps to integrate AC with third party SMTP?

if yes, please clarify which requests should I use to get template/campaign info and send it to contacts

Hello,

ActiveCampaign does not support the use of third party SMTP servers for either inbound or outbound relays. For an SMTP service you may wish to take a look at Postmark.
