I would like to be able to filter contacts who have not opened any campaign, or a specific campaign in the last X days. Or apply this filter to any “action” of the contact (those who have opened mails, those who have not, those who have clicked, those who have not, etc).

Completely second this suggestion. It seems like a number of developers and data engineers are asking for this feature in one way or another.
