Mastering Email Banners in ActiveCampaign’s Email Designer
Hello, ActiveCampaign users! Today, let’s focus on how to effectively use email banners to boost your business’s brand awareness and set the right tone for your emails. Here’s a quick guide to get you started:
- Ideal Banner Size: Typically, email banners should be between 70 and 200 pixels in height. This size ensures they are prominent without taking over the entire email.
- Content Ideas for Banners: Use banners to display your brand colors, logo, product photos, or special promotions like sales. Always include a link back to your website to encourage further engagement.
- Adding a Banner: In the new email designer, simply drag and drop the banner content block into your email. Then, click into the block to open your content manager and select your preferred banner image.
- Customizing Your Banner: Once your banner is in place, you can edit it directly in the template. Adjust the orientation, crop the image, change its size, add filters, and more to make your banner stand out.
- Enhancing with Text and Links: Besides visual adjustments, you can add text or additional images to your banner. Make sure to link your banner to your website or a specific campaign page to maximize click-throughs.
- Leverage Banners for Brand Recognition: Email banners are not just decorative. They’re a strategic tool to increase recognition and captivate your audience right from the start of your email.
