Adding a Google Translate block

Is it possible to add a Google Translate block in? Would it translate in the email?

I’m new to ActiveCampaign and before we used to create the HTML email with the translate option in, then when the user clicked ‘view in browser’ the Translate option would appear allowing them to select whichever language.

We can’t control what the browser page would look like with AC can we?
