Add deals with user account

Hello I don’t understand why I don’t see PIPE LINE in users accounts. And they can’t add deal
And they also can’t update stage… or even see in what stage their contact are.
But in Admin Account it is ok.

Someone could help me please ?

You can find the pipeline in the “Deals” section. Here is a more detailed help doc. on pipelines, stages, deals, and tasks.

You can also view and add “Deals” in the contact. You can see this in the picture below. The arrow is pointing to the pipeline and stage the contact is in. There is also an arrow indicating where you can create a “New Deal” within a contact record.

When you say other account types are you referring to other ActiveCampaign accounts?

If so, the CRM (pipelines, stages, and deals) is only available on the Plus plan and up. However, if you are using a trial account you will be able to access the CRM.
