Add custom content to emails from our own database

Hi,

We have content in our own database. Each customer gets specified content based on their booking. Can we add this content in the emails ? So based on emailadres we fill in the email template from our database.

Is that possible?

Hi @nice2stay,

We don’t really have a way of doing that, you’d need to manually bring that over into each campaign or you’d need to custom build an API integration. But, once it’s there you can definitely use conditional content to specify content based on their booking.
