Add a Note to a Customer with Custom Fields

Hi All!

We need to add a note with several custom fields to the contact’s history (as contact’s history record) when they submit a form.

We created the automations, the custom fields, and all of them are filled by the API, but we didn’t find a way to build an automation that create the note with the custom fields.

Any ideas ?

I found the way to add he note! I’m using a non AC Form app, and I add the note to the customer history by a Zapier step, and its possible to add all the fields that I wish.
