Hi everyone, I just wanted to share a quick win thanks to ActiveCampaign.
By using a couple of marketing automations shared by @Brian on ActiveCampaign’s blog together with a 3-email series I learned from Ryan Deiss I experienced an interesting increase in sales. It’s about +16% on monthly sales made directly by the automations themselves; and they also helped some of the successive emails to sell.
By the way, the automations I’m referring to are the first two in this post: Blog - ActiveCampaign
Please ActiveCampaign, share more marketing automations on your blog
You made my week, Mauro! Thanks for reporting back. Really good to know people are putting those automations to use and they are making a difference. I’ll definitely be posting more automations in the future. If you have any ideas, let me know. The hardest part is knowing what people are looking for.
As @JeroenSangers said, it’s the “Gain-Logic-Fear” series.
Well, anything that could help increase sales and customer satisfaction would be great.
An automation I am thinking to make is a “pivot”: if a subscriber hasn’t engaged with some specific emails (or simply after a certain time), you send him an email asking what else could interest him so that you can put him in another email series…
That could also be used to upsell to customers.
Also an automation to fight shopping cart abandonment would be great (it would be easy if I wasn’t using PayPal for the checkout…and I think this applies to many other business owners too).
Something to help customers get the best from your product? This is just a random idea, but who knows if it can help…
Something to get customers’ testimonials? May be interesting.
And speaking about automations overall, a post on how to put them together would be spectacular. I’m figuring this out by trial and error, but it would be great to know what an expert suggest.
Just a few ideas on the spot…it would be interesting to hear what others suggest too.
