Activecampaign and woo commerce deep data integration not working

Hi everyone,

Does anyone have experience with the activecampaign and woo commerce deep data integration?

I followed the instructions on this page - https://help.activecampaign.com/hc/en-us/articles/115000652490#how_to_set_up_woocommerce_deep_data_integration

I logged into the backend of my store and hit the ACTIVATE button for active campaign and woo commerce to work together but it came back with an error message

When i get to the “integration connected” window it tells me that i need woocommerce 3.0 or higher - please see attached screenshot.

However, it should work as My woo commerce plugin is 3.1.

Does anyone have experience with this integration? Anyone come across this issue before?

This happened to me before. I had to tweak a security plugin that was blocking access on my site.

Hey @alavon365, what security plugin are you using? We are getting all of our page visits to be tracked in AC, but no order is getting tagged or sent into a Campaign funnel. We’re using CleanTalk, and I’ve gone through and disabled every single plugin to test and see if our Campaign gets triggered and works. Still no luck. Thanks!

Since this post has been posted, we have updated our WooCommerce troubleshooting steps.

Looking at your screenshot, it looks like you have an outdated WooCommerce for ActiveCampaign plugin version and updating it should allow you to connect both apps.
