Active Contact Limit Reached and blocked. Help?

Hi,
I have been blocked from creating new campaigns in my ActiveCampaign account as I went over my contact limit of 25,000.

When I realised that I had doubled-upped some contacts in multiple lists (including unsubscribes from other lists etc), I went through and deleted the unnecessary contacts from the other lists… which in turn, took my total active users to under 15,000.

This should have fixed the problem…

However, my account has not registered any changes in the active users, and still wants me to upgrade.

I have submitted a ticket earlier today, but I need to work on campaigns today.

Does anybody know a way to make the account to register this change?

Biannca here from our CX team, I just wanted to update this post for anyone that comes across this.

Generally when there’s a bulk edit to unsubscribe/delete contacts in the account, it can take up to 24 hours for the system to update and recognise that account is under the contacts limit.

If the contact limit doesn’t refresh after 24 hours or you need to immediately send out an email, please live chat/email (help@activecampaign.com) our Support team so we can assist you further.
