Currently triggering an event named test-event via the POST https://trackcmp.net/event endpoint and I am sending sa string of data within the eventdata attribute.
I have configured an automation, with the test-event as a trigger and am currently trying to access the eventdata in that email.
Within the Compose Message dialog, I have selected Personalise Message and then scrolled down and selected Event - test-event which embeds %EVENT:test-event% into the email text. However, when I receive the email that tag is not being parsed, and the email contains the literal text %EVENT:test-event%
What am I doing wrong?
