Accessing contact's tags when messaging

We have various pop up forms on our website (relevant to each page’s content). Once a website visitor submits their information, a new contact is being created within AC and a corresponding tag being assigned. Next we send a slack message to our sales channel with the contact submitted information. How do I include that assigned tag in the slack message (it is not include in the personalization option)?

Perhaps you can create a custom field on the form that shares that same information as the tag with the slack message. Might that be a solution or do you have a specific reason for the tag to be shared otherwise?
