AC not working at all in Chrome (along with usual dysfunctionality in Safari)

anyone else having this problem?
I get the Overview page, but if I click on anything in the left column - contacts, campaigns, automations, whatever - the page starts to load with a brief flash of the blue strip on the left, and then that’s it. The strip disappears and the page won’t load at all - just a blank white page. So I can’t get anywhere. I’ve tried several times in several ways, restarting Chrome, etc. Nothing.

Chrome is the recommended browser. Safari is not recommended, but is working better than Chrome right now - except that, as always, after starting to create an email and then going back to edit it, it won’t load again.

As creating a campaign is what I’m trying to do right now, I’m stuck and can’t do anything.

Getting to the point of being done with AC. You?

If you haven’t already, please reach out to us at help@activecampaign.com right away so we can help investigate that - it definitely does not sound like expected behavior, so we’ll want to help take a closer look. I’d also recommend checking your browser extensions - there are many that can cause errors in loading, so turning off those extensions and trying to access your account again may resolve the error.
