Ability to Dynamically Set Deal Value

Currently you can set the deal value from an automation, but only to a fixed number. I would like to use a variable to populate a deal value, however the system can’t read those.

I am able to set deal value via Zapier creating a new deal, but it would be nice to have this happen within AC as well.

Hi @freshprep,

Right now you can use the Deal Value update step in an automation to update a deal value. I’d recommend adding your idea to our AC Ideas Page so that our internal team will be able to see your idea and others can upvote.

Please add us to the list of people who are interested in this fature. Not entirely clear why we can set custom deal titles from variables, but not deal values. Could we please just unlock the use of variables across all types of automation-led field updates?
