Hello, I am new in the platform and I need help with Abandoned Cart Automation. What is the best way to do it if the client is using woocommerce.

Hi @CommunityAdmin, Thank you. I have the following automation set up which will trigger if a contact abandoned cart from woocommerce store. My question is, what if I want to run the automation if the contact is not on my list. Is there a way that it can be done.

Hi Bipin,

So, in order for the abandoned cart notification to be sent, the user would NEED to be a contact in ActiveCampaign.

From the help article:
The customer must already exist as a contact in ActiveCampaign when they abandon their cart.
In addition, this integration will not sync guest checkouts. This includes customers who are not logged into their WooCommerce account when they abandon their cart.
