Abandoned Cart Automation in Prestashop

Hello all! This is Pablo from Spain, discovering amazinf AC features, but having some issues, maybe due to being newbie :slight_smile:

I am setting up abandoned cart automation, which I have ready and active, but I don’t know why, new abandoned carts I see in my Prestashop backend, are not triggering the automation.

I have the AC-Prestashop Module installed (https://addons.prestashop.com/en/newsletter-sms/28384-activecampaign.html) and seems to be working fine, since I see all contacts in lists, plus ecommerce deep data integration (orders and history).

The only strange thing I see in the module configuration tab, is a message that says " * CronJob was never executed! Make sure your CronJobs are active and running correctly."

Does anybody have any clue of what might be happening?

Could you fix this problem? I’m about to implement Prestashop with AC and I wanted to ask you if the integration works well or if we should be careful about something in particular.
