So I run an online tutoring company and I’m looking to build our free taster session booking email automation
I’m new to AC so I have a lot to learn
I’ll start with this -
Is it better to have 1 automation with emails that have dynamic content based on tags
OR
Is it better to have different automations with different emails?

Considering your setup, I believe we’ll need a bit more details to determine the best option for you. That said, automations definitely help to organize your contact’s path in just one go, using different conditions and emails in just one place, rather than creating different ones if it’s related to the same topic/goal.
