What to do when no one is replying to my ticket?

Unfortunately, customer service has clearly deteriorated. After 24 hours, no one has answered my ticket. Is this the new standard? Does anyone here know what to do?

Yes, looks like this is normal … sometimes we wait for answers for multiple weeks. :confused:

Marissa here from the ActiveCampaign Customer Experience team. I apologize you are having a hard time getting a response. The last few weeks have been busier than usual with the new Google/Yahoo requirements. Typically our first response time is within 8-12 hours.

Also as someone suggested chat is also another option.
