To find this, go to the Email section of your account and select calendar view (see example, here). Make sure “Show best send time” is toggled on.

I’ll go first! In my demo account, my best industry send day this month is a Saturday.
Sunday, May 11.
It is saying our best send day is Friday, May 9th. However Thursday is overall our best send day.
Saturday, May 24 - but not sure that’s accurate
Wednesday May 21st
Account - Fridays and Saturdays
Industry Day - Thursday, May 22
The 16th of every month for some reason – might need more data?
It’s showing the 24th of every month but Thursdays are our better days and Saturdays are good days.
The 24th of the month is the Industry Best Send Day, but in general Weds/Thurs are the best days.
Would you be able to provide a little insight as to how this is calculated? I think this feature is great to have and I will reference it a fair bit from now on, but I know I will get asked what this is based off. Thank you!

To provide the “Best Industry Send Date” ActiveCampaign looks at data from all accounts that fall into your industry to identify this.
The “Best Send Date” is based on your own account’s campaign data, so if you’re a newer customer, this will show up once you have enough campaign data to determine this.
