we created a webhook in the event of a new comment added to a contact.
This webhok it is sent to Zapier.
It happens that we always receive as “Initiated By” and “Initiated From” are set to ‘admin’.
We expected to get the name or the username of the logged operator that added the comment.

You can find and confirm what data can be pulled in the “initiated by” and “initiated from” fields in our documentation - there are three responses you will see, depending on the source - they are system, public, or admin. The specific user won’t be included. If you want to pull that information through, I’d recommend including the name of the admin in the note so it can be parsed in Zapier or referenced later.
