I’m new and testing an e-mail marketing automation from clickfunnels. I’ve used two of my e-mail addresses and both are Gmail, but did not go through as the were Hard bounces. Am I missing something? TYIA

When it comes to contact bounces, they happen when a receiving email server rejects an email campaign or automation email. Now, hard bounces, in particular, refers to a permanent failure or rejection unlike the soft bounces. To solve this type of issues, it is fundamental to determine the bounce code that was assigned to your contacts so we can easily point out the cause and work on.
