Spam check: BODY: No description available

Today I wrote and scheduled some emails, but ALL of them got 0.1 at the Spam Check.

Help post explains:

BODY: No description available
Look for the phrase “Reply to this email…”

Ok, that phrase is not in any of the emails.

Any clues why this is happening?:thinking::thinking:

Yes, for me the same. I have the same problem at the moment and me neither wrote that words: responder a este correo electrónico…

What is happening? thanks

I got the same message now on an email that I have sent several times before without problems. Tested the email and it ended up in my spam which has not happened before.

Exactly the same issue here. The error also appeared on a message that has previously been sent with no problems at all.

I have the same here ! What’s wrong ?

Not only am I getting this error, I also can’t schedule something out a few hours from now.

I usually schedule a reminder for my live training events, but it’s saying that “you selected a date in the past, so your campaign will be sent now”.

Double checked everything. This is so weird

Hi there, Amy from ActiveCampaign’s Customer Experience Team. We’re just refreshing our forum page and I wanted to add some help here for anyone who comes across this page/question/post.

For some context, we use a third-party tool called ‘SpamAssassin’ to run spam checks. The thing is, it uses a complex set of algorithms to look for patterns of text that may be identified as ‘spam’, however, at times it can make mistakes and generate false-positive warnings.

Please note that this is just a warning, and doesn’t mean your deliverability will be impacted. As long as you are sending good content to healthy lists, you can generally ignore these warnings if you only have a few points. We have this article on spam check: About Spam Check which indicates that you shouldn’t be very concerned if you do not pass spam check unless you are seeing 5-10 points. As each version of the campaign is seeing 2 points, you’ll be fine to continue as normal.

Additionally, the only surefire way you’ll know what is triggering the spam checker tool is to delete a paragraph, check the spam checker — if it’s still there, delete another paragraph, check the spam check again — until it goes away.

Any questions or additional ideas, thread them below!
