Setting Up a Forum Account Guide

When you first go to https://community.activecampaign.com/, you will be asked to login with your activehosted.

After you get to the home page and see ‘Welcome to the ActiveCampaign Community,’ go to your name icon at the top right of your dashboard, click on it, and then click on the person icon at the very bottom.

Next, click preferences and then you will be taken to your account preferences where you can change your preferred name and username, add a profile photo, you can even connect your Facebook, Google, and Twitter accounts.
 
If you click over to ‘Profile,’ then you can add your ‘About Me’ section, location, profile header photo, etc.
 

 
As you scroll over in this section, you can change how you receive emails and notifications and more.
