Is there a way to separate contacts when they opt-in and then purchase. I’m trying to create lists of buyers vs non-buyers so I can retarget the non-buyers and I’m not sure how to do it. All I can see is that they are all being collected as opt-ins.

The simplest solution here is to tag contacts when they opt-in to your list with a tag, and then tag contacts when they’ve purchased (using Makes A Purchase trigger in automations with connected ecommerce integration). You could then easily segment by the two tags to see the two groups.

Tag is certainly a better way like @ACMolly said. However, if you’d like to create a separate list altogether, you could just add that as part of your automation - when someone makes a purchase, subscribe them to your Buyer List. Anyone who is not in the Buyer list will automatically be a non-buyer.
