Hi,
I am looking to be able to send an email to a contact which I’ve sent in the past to a previous contact. When I press send campaign and try and send the specific email the following message comes up?
“Unable to send. This contact does not match this campaign’s segment conditions” but I didn’t want to send the original to the entire customer list and therefore needed to have the original sender as a segment?
I am new to active Campaign and would appreciate some advice.

Biannca here from our CX team, sorry we missed this when it was originally published.
In the spirit of providing insight on this question for anyone that comes across this post. In order to send an existing campaign to a contact via the “Send a Campaign” button, the contact needs to meet the list and segmentation you’ve selected in the campaign otherwise that error message will appear.
