Seeking an efficient method of recyling contacts through an automation after an email update is made

Contacts complete an integrated website form and are added to a list. The contacts on the list are sent an automation email. The email content is updated frequently and the contacts are to be sent the newly updated email. New contacts are also being added to the list. My dilemma is finding a solution to recycle the old contacts in the automation. Is the best option for me to edit the automation email and then re-enter the pre-existing contacts (those created before the update) through the same automation? How do I re-enter a list of contacts after the email update has been made in the automation? Hoping for a quick method here. Thanks in advance.

UPDATE: I see that I can bulk edit a list and add a tag or enter into automation. Are one of these the better option for my scenario?

HI @studenthousingworks - Abbie from ActiveCampaign here! Sorry for missing your post! I’m going to be very candid - I think there are a few different ways we could help you accomplish this, but which will work best for you is going to depend on your specific use case, and a few other factors about your sending and contact journeys. To make sure we can help you correctly assess which will work best for you, please email us at help@activecampaign.com so we can dig in together - I’d hate to suggest you do a lot of building if there’s a more efficient way we can help you keep this all automated!
