I’m curious if anyone has come up with any sort of strategy for handling email resends? Previously, I resent emails to contacts who didn’t open the original email after two days. Of course, with iOS 15 releasing this will no longer be reliable and may lead to contacts becoming frustrated if the same strategy is applied.
I was thinking of shifting to a click-based alternative, though we lack the content needed for this and our main goal is phone calls, which are untrackable.
If anyone has any ideas or has implemented resend strategies in a different way I would love to hear them.
