Radio Buttons on Popup Form

Hey there, I need to add radio buttons to my forms and then have the user tagged depending on their selection. Then I need to have those radio buttons show up on the popup box I’m creating in OptimizeLeads (a Leadpages competitor). What’s the best way to do that?

I tried searching support for “radio buttons” but not a lot came up, at least not any articles that had “radio buttons” in the title.

Ok, I found some info on creating radio buttons on the custom fields support page, so I want able to create the radio button options. But after creating my set of radio buttons in a single custom field, I can’t find a way to assign a tag to each selection. (There are three radio button and each needs its own tag.) Also, for some reason, the custom field isn’t showing up in the list of available fields for my popup box in OptimizeLeads, even though I’ve refresh the integration for the box.

Hi @fearlessfresh,

I recently wrote a blog about this that I think you might find helpful: https://www.activecampaign.com/blog/how-to-decide-what-your-contacts-want-and-give-it-to-them/

I would check that out on how to assign a tag to each selection. If the blog doesn’t have the answer you are looking for feel free to reach out again.

Thanks for this! I got it all figured out, but now I’m running into a snafu with getting my lead generations software (OptimizePress) to show the radio buttons in my opt-in forms. Never a dull moment.

Awesome @fearlessfresh, glad that helped.

Ha! Certainly never a dull moment, but just think how much more of a pro you will be after working through the snafu!

Hi, there! Thank you so much for your share.

Could you please tell me how I can add the “radio button” in the pop-up?
