Problem with Segment Filter

Hi there,

I have problems with the segment filter.
When I send a campaign, I want to exclude a certain group (x) EXCEPT one person who belongs to that group (email-adress: abc@xyz.com).

I have created as a custom field “group” and each contact belongs to one group.

I have successfully excluded group X using the segment filter “Group - is not - X”. But how do I get that one person back into my mailinglist?
I thought it would work with an AND filter (AND email is not abc@xyz.com) but that doesn’t work.

I would be glad if you could help.

Hello there! If you create a tag specifically for this contact that must be included you can segment it like this ’ Group is X and tag x exists’. Remember that the tag would be exclusively for this one contact. That way, just one contact of the group will satisfy this condition.
